Answer: We are a small business that strives diligently to ensure that you receive the freshest products. Shipments may take approximately 7-15 business days (excluding holidays). We advise you to track the arrival of your package once this information has been provided via e-mail. Certain items are highly perishable and may need to be refrigerated upon arrival. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items due to delayed arrivals/pick-ups.
